1.  How does mattress delivery work for sorority move-in?

Each sorority typically moves in on the same designated day. We coordinate closely with each apartment complex and sorority housing to ensure your mattress is delivered the day before your scheduled move-in date. This allows your mattress to be in place and ready when you arrive.

2.  Where will my mattress be delivered?

Delivery location depends on your apartment complex’s policies. We work closely with each complex and follow their specific delivery guidelines.

• The Pearl: Mattresses are delivered to the main living area.

• Hooper Hollow: Mattresses are placed on individual porches.

• Most apartment complexes: For security and policy reasons, delivery is limited to the main living area only. We are typically not permitted to enter individual bedrooms.

All mattresses are securely propped upright and fully covered in protective plastic to ensure they remain clean and in excellent condition until move-in.

3.  What if I’m moving in on a different date than my sorority’s scheduled move-in?

If your move-in date differs from the standard sorority schedule, please contact us in advance with your specific move-in date. We are happy to make arrangements to accommodate your individual timeline whenever possible. You can leave notes before you place your order in the cart, and/or choose a custom delivery date in the calendar (available near the bottom of your cart/checkout).

4.  Do I need to be present for delivery?

No, because we coordinate directly with the apartment complexes, you do not need to be present for delivery as long as your order is placed by the stated deadline.
